Shall Carthage Community Unit School District No. 338, Hancock County, the Dallas Community Unit School District No. 336, Henderson and Hancock Counties, and the La Harpe Community Unit School District No. 335, Hancock, Henderson, and McDonough Counties, be dissolved and the following be established:

A High School District with authority to levy taxes at the rate of 1.05% for educational purposes, .35% for operations and maintenance purposes, .12% for pupil transportation purposes, and .05% for fire prevention and safety purposes, each upon all the taxable property of the district at the value thereof, as equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue; and

Carthage Elementary School District No. 338 with authority to levy taxes at the rate of 1.47% for educational purposes, .35% for operations and maintenance purposes, .12% for pupil transportation purposes, and .05% for fire prevention and safety purposes, each upon all the taxable property of the district at the value thereof, as equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue, and

Dallas Elementary School District No. 336 with authority to levy taxes at the rate of 1.95% for educational purposes, .50% for operations and maintenance purposes, .20 for pupil transportation purposes, and .05% for fire prevention and safety purposes, each upon all the taxable property of the district at the value thereof, as equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue, and

La Harpe Elementary School District No. 335 with authority to levy taxes at the rate of 1.80% for educational purposes, .50% for operations and maintenance purposes, .12% for pupil transportation purposes, and .05% for fire prevention and safety purposes, each upon all the taxable property of the district at the value thereof, as equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue; and

To provide for the election of members of the board of education of the new high school district whereby two members of the board of education of the new high school district are elected from the territory of each elementary school district so created and the remaining member of the board of education of the high school district is elected at large.
