On the 10 day of January, 2017, a resolution or resolutions of school district boards that represent more than 50% of the student enrollment within the County directing that the question of imposing a retailers' occupation tax and a service occupation tax at a rate of 1% to provide revenue to be used exclusively for school facility purposes (the "Proposition") has or have been filed in my office and deposited in the official files and records of my office.
